**Your day to day**

The Spa Therapist role inspects stocks, and maintains Spa in a clean and orderly manner and promotes a relaxing and enjoyable environment while ensuring the security of the guest by verifying guest registration. At Crowne Plaza we look for people who are dynamic, confident and ambitious; people who excel in their role and help our guests succeed too. - Create a spa environment and experience that distinguishes our brand from the competition and delivers superior service and value; ensure clients and Members are greeted upon arrival and invited back upon departure. - Maintain adequate spa inventories and ensure facilities are prepared for daily services. - Restock and reset treatment room when finished with shift including emptying trash, transporting dirty linens to laundry, stocking linen shelves, sweeping the room after treatments, and cleaning mirrors and sinks. - Respond quickly to guest requests and complaints. Establish and implement appropriate programs and service recovery guidelines that ensure the ultimate in guest experience and comfort. - Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments - Provides SPA therapies/treatments as per the offerings in the SPA menu

**What we need from you**

The experience of 3-4 years in hotel SPA/Fitness Centre handling guests is preferred.He/She should have undergone formal training in Therapies/Massages. Minimum school level education is mandatory with English communication.
