Restaurant Receptionist

**Urgently looking for a RECEPTIONIST for resturent**

**MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN GUESTS HANDLING**

Locations:

- salt lake sector 1

Salary - 11000 to 15000 + incentives

Exp - Min 6 months experience in hotel management

Age - Maximum 33 years

**Job Responsibilities:

1. Handle guest inquiries ,requests, and feedback.

2. keep the front desk organized and ensure compliance with safety and health policies.

3. Assist clients with any payment related enquires.

4. Manage grievances of the guests.

5. Handle incoming reservations by phone, online or in person.

6. Meet monthly sales targets as assigned by the management.

7. Taking necessary steps to solve guests grievances, if any.

8. Collection of payments and other necessary administrative tasks as required.

9. Coordination with other team members and departments to ensure smooth running of the operations.

10. Inform guests about any ongoing promotions, seasonal menus or special events.

**Requirements**:
1. Must have a pleasing personality.

2. Must have great communication skills in English, Bengali & Hindi.

3. Must be confident.

4. Must have a go getter attitude.

5. Must be able to work under pressure and achieve monthly targets.

6. Must be a graduate

7. Must have experience in hotel industry

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
