**Prepare dishes**: Create a variety of traditional and modern dishes for the restaurant's menu
- **Ensure quality**: Make sure dishes meet standards for taste, presentation, and hygiene
- **Manage the section**: Ensure the work area is clean and organized, and that mise en place is prepared in advance
- **Select and prepare ingredients**: Oversee the selection, preparation, and storage of ingredients
- **Train junior staff**: Assist and guide junior chefs in tandoor cooking techniques
- **Work with other staff**: Collaborate with the sous chef and head chef to plan and execute menus
- **Maintain safety and hygiene**: Ensure the correct use of equipment and utensils, and remove expired foods from storage
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
