**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prospect and generate leads through various channels (e.g., networking, referrals, online platforms).
- Guide clients through the process of buying, selling, or renting residential and/or commercial properties.
- Conduct property showings and open houses.
- Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with clients and other agents.
- Stay up-to-date with real estate laws, local market trends, and financing options.

**Qualifications**:
**1)**1-3 years of experience in real estate sales or a similar field.

**2)**Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

**3**) Strong understanding of the local real estate, market.

**4)**Own two wheeler or four wheeler with valid driving license

**5)**Self motivated and target driven attitude
