**Scrum Master / Project Coordinator**

**Responsibilities**:

- Facilitate Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective).
- Coach the development team in self-organization and cross-functionality.
- Remove impediments and roadblocks that hinder the team's progress.
- Track and communicate team velocity and sprint progress.
- Facilitate conflict resolution within the team.
- Assist in project planning, including defining scope, timelines, and resources.
- Track project progress and identify potential risks and issues.
- Communicate project status to stakeholders.
- Coordinate communication and collaboration between different teams and departments.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure its accuracy.
- Manage project budgets and track expenses.
- Support the team in using project management tools.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Project Coordinator in a software development environment.
- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum principles and practices.
- Experience facilitating Scrum events.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Experience with risk management and mitigation.
- Experience with budget management.
