Job Title: Mobile & Laptop Technician

Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mobile and Laptop Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain mobile phones and laptop devices in our retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Diagnose hardware and software issues for mobile phones and laptops
- Perform comprehensive device repairs and troubleshooting
- Replace damaged components like screens, batteries, charging ports, and internal hardware
- Conduct software installations, updates, and system recoveries
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers
- Run diagnostic tests to identify device problems
- Clean and restore devices to optimal working condition
- Maintain accurate repair logs and documentation
- Manage inventory of repair parts and tools
- Provide cost estimates for repair services

Technical Skills Required:

- Proficiency in repairing smartphones (iOS and Android)
- Experience with laptop repair and maintenance
- Knowledge of hardware component replacement
- Understanding of software troubleshooting techniques
- Ability to use diagnostic tools and testing equipment
- Familiarity with various operating systems

Qualifications:

- Diploma/Degree in Electronics, Computer Engineering, or related field
- 1-3 years of professional repair experience
- Certified mobile and laptop repair technician preferred
- Strong technical problem-solving skills
- Excellent hand-eye coordination
- Detail-oriented approach

Tools and Equipment:

- Soldering iron
- Multimeter
- Screwdriver sets
- Diagnostic software
- Anti-static workstation

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to stand for long periods
- Manual dexterity for precise repairs
- Lifting up to 10-15 kg of equipment

- Patience in explaining technical issues
- Ability to work under pressure

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
