Key Responsibilities:

✦ Perform journal entries, ensuring transactions are accurately recorded and categorized.

✦Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts to ensure their accuracy.

✦ Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.

✦ Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

**2. Administration**:
✦ Provide administrative support to various departments within the organization.

✦ Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.

✦ Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for office-related purchases and services.

✦ Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.

**Qualifications**:
✦Any graduate

✦Proven experience in general accounting, with knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

✦organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

✦ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
