**Require Production Supervisor - 02 ( Male)**

**Location - Pune, Chakan**

Function: Production / Maintenance / Quality

Industry**:Corrugated boxes**/ Packaging

**Skills + Corrugated boxes / Paper / packaging**

** **Plant, Production and Machinery Management.
- Manage the **day-to-day operations of the production processes**, ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently.
- Develop and implement strategies to **optimize production efficiency **and reduce costs.
- Responsible for handling **overall production, planning, manpower, and daily plant activities**.
- Knowledge of production processes specific to woven PP sacks/BOPP bags production. This includes knowledge of extrusion, weaving, printing, lamination, and bag-making processes. Also, knowledge of the Quality Control Process for PP Woven Industry.

**Operational Excellence**:
Kaizen, Works Instructions, SOPs, TPM, Maintenance,
Lean manufacturing
Continuance improvement projects and positive change

**Duty timing:

- 12 hrs. - 08.30 am to 08.30 pm**

**Night 08.30 PM to 08.30 am (Shift change every week)**

**Salary ;
- 26,000 (Gross).**

**Salary**: ₹26,000.00 per month
