**Job Requirement**
- Responsible for communicating the planning/scheduling information amongst the engineering team
- Equipment inspections on a daily basis for all the plant to identify work of any nature which will or may influence the safe and efficient running of equipment
- Creates or review scope of work for all maintenance tasks and work to be contracted out. Ensures that the method statement and risk analysis is available to support doing the work safely and efficiently
- Updates or modify job guidelines based on feedback where applicable
- Converts user requests into work orders and relay information to users and maintenance team on the status and progress of all user requests
- Analyse work order feedback and plan any follow-up work from the work orders
- Acquire spares and special tools as required for the execution of work. Implement and manages staging of spares for planned work orders. (Special tools excludes items such as scaffolding, cranes, hired compressors that is dependent on the scheduling of work and which has a cost impact)
- Propose, monitor and report stock levels of spares and consumables in the main stores.
- Initiate and maintain systems to trace the status of wearable items (mil lines, cooler plates, crusher segments, kiln seals, etc) and ensure sufficient stock levels are maintained to replace the wearable items in time
- Ensures that all scheduled work is prioritised and matched with resources as required to be executed on a weekly roll forward plan
- Provide feedback to the Maintenance Foreman in terms of work order feedback.
- Review and update the maintenance shutdown plans according to production contingencies
- Prioritises and schedules work orders to be done on equipment shutdowns.
