**Job description**:

- Detailed knowledge of business requirements and solutions in respective focus areas.
- Mobilize and motivate a development team.
- Ability to organize and co-ordinate diverse groups in complex situations.
- Broad content experience across multiple lines of business.
- Broad technical appreciation - including ALL key SAP functionality and technology.
- Identifying and raising issues to local Business Owners or management to achieve resolution for SCM or FIN development tasks
- Able to take an issue, then plan and deliver a solution using own initiate ve, with little guidance.
- Identifies and escalates issues and risks within project structure.
- Able to receive feedback/coaching on performance from other members of the team positivelyss

Desired
Required qualifications for this role include:

- 8 to 10 years’ experience in delivering ERP projects / programs in international environments
- Proven track record as Project lead or ITDM/scrum master on at least 2+ full cycle SAP implementations covering all key aspects of IT

(Application, Data, Test, Infrastructure, Deployment) in FIN/SCM domains
- Preferred proficiency with project management tools viz. Microsoft Project Plan (MPP), Microsoft Excel & Power point, with the ability to create custom reports & high quality presentations for project governance and tracking
- Ability to host & lead meetings with internal & external customers both in person and remotely
- Solid understanding of main SAP modules in FIN & SCM - Working experience in Solution Manager (SolMan) is a plus
- Understanding of Delivery methodologies viz Agile, Waterfall, DevOps.

Scrum Master & ITIL Knowledge and Experience (preferred V.3)
Prince 2 or PMP certification
- Attitude, & drive thru Ownership
- Strong Verbal, & Written Communication skills in English language

- Ability to perform under pressure
