An English Teacher (female) is responsible for planning and delivering English language lessons to students of varying ages and proficiency levels. They create a positive and engaging learning environment, assess student progress, and provide feedback to students and parents.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver English language lessons that are engaging, interactive, and age-appropriate.
- Teach students grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, and speaking skills.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and supported.
- Use a variety of teaching methods and materials to cater to different learning styles and abilities.
- Assess student progress through quizzes, tests, and assignments.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and parents on student performance and progress.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive and effective learning environment.
- Stay updated on current trends and best practices in English language teaching.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or related field.
- Teaching certification or license (depending on jurisdiction).
- Proficiency in English language (native or near-native fluency).
- Previous experience teaching English as a second language preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create engaging and interactive lesson plans.
- Patience and empathy for students of varying abilities.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a classroom setting.
- Knowledge of teaching methods and techniques for English language learners.

**Physical Demands**:

- This role typically involves standing for long periods and speaking in front of a class.
- May require lifting and carrying teaching materials.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
