We're looking for a **Web Designer with strong front-end development skills** to join our team and help us craft beautiful, functional, and accessible websites using **React.js**, **Next.js**, and **Tailwind CSS**.

**What You’ll Do**
- Transform pixel-perfect Figma designs into reusable React components styled with Tailwind CSS
- Build **responsive**, **mobile-first** layouts that work flawlessly across all modern browsers
- Optimize UI performance, accessibility, and web vitals for lightning-fast user experiences
- Collaborate with backend developers, designers, and content strategists to ensure seamless integration
- Help grow our design system and component library with scalable, maintainable code
- Stay ahead of the curve with emerging trends in front-end development and modern UI design

**What We’re Looking For**
- 3+ years of experience in **web design/development**:

- Proficiency in **React.js**, **Next.js**, and **Tailwind CSS**:

- Strong grasp of **JavaScript (ES6+)**, **TypeScript**, **HTML5**, and **CSS3**:

- Solid understanding of **responsive design** and **cross-browser compatibility**:

- Comfortable using **Git** and modern version control workflows
- Ability to translate complex UI/UX designs into clean, maintainable code
- A portfolio that shows off your best work in React + Tailwind

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
