**Job Title**: Clinical Psychologist (Community Mental Health Program)

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Clinical Services**:

- Conduct psychological assessments, therapy, and crisis intervention for individuals with common and severe mental disorders.
- Co-create treatment plans and provide regular follow-up and therapeutic interventions.
- **Capacity Building**:

- Design and deliver training modules for community health workers, animators, and other frontline staff on mental health identification, basic counseling, and referral pathways.
- Build supportive supervision systems for field staff and ensure quality of care in community-level interventions.
- **Program Development & Implementation**:

- Develop and periodically update clinical protocols, assessment tools, and referral guidelines for the program.
- Collaborate with program staff to ensure implementation of mental health interventions aligned with community needs and evidence-based practices.
- Assist in planning, monitoring, and reviewing program activities and outcomes.
- **Administrative & Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate and confidential records of patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress.
- Manage the scheduling of counseling sessions and ensure adherence to program timelines.
- **Stakeholder Engagement & Documentation**:

- Participate in case reviews, program review meetings, and coordination with local health systems and stakeholders.
- Maintain clinical documentation and contribute to reporting and knowledge sharing.

**Required Qualifications**:

- M.Phil in Clinical Psychology from an RCI-recognized institute (RCI registration is mandatory).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in mental health service delivery, preferably in community or primary healthcare settings.
- Strong training and facilitation skills.
- Working proficiency in Kannada and Hindi (mandatory).
- Strong documentation skills.
- Strong Organizational, communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills

**Remuneration - Salary offered will be in the range of INR 65000/- to 70000/-**

Pay: Up to ₹70,000.00 per month
