We are currently hiring a Social Media Executive who will be responsible for **managing all social media channels, team members, and campaigns to engage customers and customer satisfaction**. Your job role includes strategizing, optimizing and creation of content that drives their brand and engages customers. Works with various company departments to promote the overall brand through social media channels.
**Job Description**:

- Creates marketing and social media campaigns and strategies, including strategizing, optimizing, and creating content budget planning, content ideation, and implementation schedules
- Ensures brand consistency in marketing and social media messages by working with various company department members, including advertising, product development, and brand management
- Collects customer data and analyses interactions and visits, plus uses this information to create comprehensive reports and improve future marketing strategies and campaigns
- Grows and expands company social media presence into new social media platforms, plus increases presence on existing platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram
- Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
- Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices, and then acting on the information
- Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales, etc) to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions.

**Requirements**:

- Written and verbal English.
- Technical knowledge of social media platforms like Facebook and LinkedIn.
- Knowledge of paid campaigning.
- Should be on the top of social media trends.
- Familiar with platforms like Pinterest.
- 6 months of prior internship experience in a similar field.
- Undergraduate
- Postgraduate
- Excellent time management skills.

Experience Required:
Minimum 2 Months of Prior Internship.

Fixed Salary:
Fresher Full Time:
In-Office: Up to INR 20000/
- Timings:
Monday to Saturday

10:00 am to 6:30 pm

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
