Job Title: Nurse Facility Incharge

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor, Organize and update Residents Records
- Assisting and coordinating Residents Care
- Accompany Doctors on round
- Allocating Nursing staff where needed
- Participating in the hiring of new nursing staff and training new hires
- Creating schedules for nursing staff
- Resolving employee conflicts
- Resolving Residents Issues
- Creating reports for facility management
- Handling Emergencies
- Placing orders for equipment's and medicines
- Communicate with Residents and families

Skills and Eligibility:

- B.Sc Nurse or GNM
- 5 to 10 years of experience as an ICU nurse and Critical care or worked as a HOD
- Excellent Communications
- Be a team player and support the Nursing staff as and when needed.
- Be flexible to work on weekends.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Night shift
- Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kalol, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Nursing: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Nursing License (preferred)
