**Position**: Sales Telecaller
**Location**: Krishnanagar

**Job Type**: Full-time
**Experience**: 0-2 years (Freshers are welcome)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce them to our services.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
- Generate leads and follow up on existing ones.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in a database.
- Meet daily and monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills in [mention languages, e.g., English, Hindi, Bengali].
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Prior experience in telesales or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in marketing or sales will be a plus.
