Billing cum Distribution Executive
**Location**: Cuttack

**Job Type**: Full-time
**Job Summary**:
The Billing cum Distribution Executive is responsible for generating accurate invoices, maintaining billing records, coordinating dispatch of goods, and ensuring timely distribution to customers or partners. The role demands precision, coordination, and strong organizational skills to ensure seamless integration between the finance and logistics functions.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Billing Duties**:

- Prepare and generate sales invoices in the system (Marg).
- Verify sales orders, delivery notes, and customer details before billing.
- Maintain billing data and records, including credit/debit notes.
- Coordinate with the accounts team for reconciliation and payment tracking.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and respond to customer queries.

**Distribution Duties**:

- Coordinate with the warehouse/dispatch team to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Prepare delivery schedules, shipping documents, and dispatch slips.
- Monitor transporters/logistics partners and track goods in transit.
- Maintain records of dispatched items and ensure POD (Proof of Delivery) collection.
- Liaise with sales and customer service teams to manage delivery expectations.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Graduate in Commerce, Business, or related field.
- 6 month -5 years of experience in billing and/or distribution roles.
- Proficient in billing software (Tally, SAP, Zoho, or equivalent).
- Good knowledge of inventory, dispatch, and logistics processes.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.

**Preferred Attributes**:

- Experience in a fast-paced or high-volume industry.
- Basic understanding of GST and other tax regulations (India-specific).
- Familiarity with supply chain and logistics workflows.

**Work Environment**:

- Office and warehouse environment.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
