**Overview**:

- Responsible for the maintenance of all servers (S4HANA) and SAP Backend systems.
- Responsible for the maintenance of all BW & Fiori Servers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitoring All SAP Cloud Servers and Coordinating with Cloud Partner for various requirements and Maintenance.
- Performing the maintenance and monitoring of all servers S4HANA
- Need Strong Knowledge in S4HANA & SUSE Linux
- Daily Monitoring & Server Maintenance in BW System.
- Daily Monitoring & Server Maintenance in FIORI System
- Daily Monitoring & Server Maintenance in Business Object System.
- SAP Background job schedule monitoring and maintenance. Ensuring the smooth functioning of scheduled operations and providing information to the functional process stakeholders on any deviation.
- Backup Monitoring for all SAP servers (Production & Non-Production Servers)
- Transport Management System - STMS
- Periodic System Copy / System Refresh Activities
- SAP License Audit.
- SAP Note implementation based on the Requirement.
- SAP server Patch & Support Pack Installation.
- Monitoring Communication between SAP & External Server.
- SAP Marketplace Management (Account, Connection, Ticket Etc).
- SAP Router Configuration & Settings.
- Solution Manager Configuration & Maintenance.
- Ensuring the internal server communication accuracy with external machines.
- Supporting NetWeaver & Adobe Form activities for End Users.
- Prioritising routine SAP tasks for all users.
- Ensuring the smooth operations of system-oriented backend operations.
- Supporting the system administrator on any L3 level or higher-level issues.
- Supporting the integration of other product servers with SAP.
- Need Good Trouble Shooting in Application & OS Level
- Responsible for the SAP Basis Administration work that include:
a. Monitoring the server printer spool

b. Dialog work process background work process

c. User lock d. SAP Security related Activities.

e. Table space increasing

f. HANA Database monitoring

g. Mails & SMS from SAP to external monitoring

h. Coordinating with functional consultant for User authorization, user creation and role creation.

i. Auditing of all users and roles

j. Rectification and troubleshooting of SAP systems and servers

k. Verification of server logs

l. Provision of T-codes for new users and new Role creation.

m. OS level monitoring of all SAP related servers.
