**Salary**: Rs. 22,000-30,000 p.m

Prerequisites: Previously worked in FMCG sector

Qualification: Msc. Food Technology

Experience: min 2 years

**Job Description**:
Conduct Inspection Tests & Analysis of the Quality of Dairy and Agriculture Products

Ensure quality of product meets quality standards and communicate any inconsistency to packaging, delivery, sales, purchase, management, and quality control department.

Implement good Plant Hygiene, Cleanliness & Sanitation Food Safety Management Practices (according to ISO standards)

Ensuring that manufacturing and packaging processes comply with standards at both national and international level.

Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies as well as with customer, corporate and plant quality standards

Set up, manage and maintain the in-house quality testing laboratory

Ensure daily sanitation of equipment

Carry out pest control measures

Manage vendor relationship

Monitor, maintain & update accurate data on time without any deviations

Identify, hire, train & enhance the skill levels of Quality Staff.

Manage audits by customers or regulatory bodies.

Strive towards improvement and refinement of Quality Standards / Practices.

Give inputs on Quality, Regulatory and Compliance requirements for new product development projects.

Give training to all concerned personnel from various departments on Food Hygiene/GMP & Food Safety.

Attend training sessions by various institutes to upgrade knowledge and learn about the latest technologies in food quality.

Other:
