**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver engaging lessons to kindergarten school students
- Evaluate and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment
- Encourage students to develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Encourage students to build confidence.
- Participate in school events and activities

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or Montessori trained
- More than 3 years of teaching experience with kindergarten school students.
- Ability to communicate effectively and motivate students
- Familiarity with the CBSE education system and curriculum
- Willing to work and relocate in a rural and challenging environment
- Passion for teaching and making a difference in students' lives
