Position**:Tele sales Executive**
Location**:Nagpur, MH**
Job Type**:Full-Time**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote AMEC Technology’s products and services.
- Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our technology products and services to prospective clients.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, and stay up-to-date with industry trends to effectively communicate benefits to customers.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads by identifying and reaching out to new prospects.
- Work closely with the sales and technical teams to stay updated on product offerings and industry trends.
- Record all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system accurately and timely.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to strategize and implement effective sales campaigns and promotions

**Qualifications**:
**Experience: 1-2 years of experience in tele sales**, preferably in a technology or software company.

**Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).

**Skills**:

- Strong technical knowledge of software and hardware products, with the ability to understand and explain technical features and benefits.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. o Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential customers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in a B2B sales environment.
- Understanding of R&D and innovative technology solutions.
- Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
