**_Hiring Equity & Derivatives Dealer For 5paisa capital At Thane location _** Designation - **Equity & Derivatives Dealer** - Grade - Officer - Location - Thane, West - Department - Business - Sub Department - Broking - Reporting to Team Lead (Broking) - CTC - 20K - 25K Per Month - Min Experience - 6 months - 2 years - Other perks - Incentives + Career Progression Plan + PF + ESIC + Mediclaim (Employee+ Family) + Paid Leaves + Annual Increment + Performance Linkedin Bonus. **Company Profile**: 5paisa is the part of India Infoline (IIFL),an established financial service provider firm offering diversified business model that includes finance and credit, asset management, wealth management, financial product distribution, investment banking, stock and currency broking, IPO, Mutual Funds, FDs, bonds, ETF, Insurance and advisory services. 5Paisa is Mumbai Head Office based discount brokerage firm offering "Invest" Mutual Funds and IPOs, "Trade" - in Equity & Currency and "Insure" Insurance package under one platform. **Roles & Responsibilities: -** - Initiate a welcome call to new customers and activate the customer through first trade order. - Provide complete Product Information (Equity / Derivatives) of 5paisa on call to customers. - To trade on behalf of clients initially and educate clients to process DIY through mobile/web app. - Identifying new streams of revenue and maintain cordial relationship with existing clients. - Achieve the laid down target with reference to revenue generation and client activation. - Cross sell / Upsell of Third Party Products (Mutual Funds, SIP, Subscription Products, etc.) **Skills: -** - Minimum Graduation - Should have a sound understanding / knowledge of capital markets. - Should be a result-oriented, self-starter, proactive, good communication skills. - Should be certified in Equity Derivative Certificate (NISM 8) - Mandatory.
