As the Business Development Manager, you will play a vital role in identifying new business opportunities.
- Ability to develop good relationships with current and potential clients.
- Meeting, presentation and deal with clients.
- You've proven experience in driving the outcomes from a sales team in achieving revenue targets.
- **Planning and organization**: Create and manage schedules, organize meetings, and plan logistics
- **Communication**: Act as a leader with team members, and communicate project details to team members
- **Progress monitoring**: Track the project's daily progress and ensure milestones are met
- **Resource management**: Ensure team members have the supplies and resources they need, and manage contracts
- **Reporting**: Create and distribute project status reports, and keep detailed records of the project
- **Issue management**: Identify and assess any issues or risks that may arise, and report them to the project manager
- **Team morale**: Keep morale up and help to build strong working relationships

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
