**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with product managers and developers to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
- Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design challenges.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using Figma to communicate design concepts and user flows.
- Develop responsive web interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript that meet design specifications and ensure consistent user experiences across devices.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Figma for designing and prototyping.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.

**Nice-to-Have**:

- Experience with front-end frameworks/libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
- Knowledge of web accessibility standards and techniques.
