**Position Summary**:
**Requirements**:

- **A strategic writer who blends clarity, creativity, and conversion**:

- **Funnel-Fluent**: You understand how messaging shifts from unaware to conversion—and you write accordingly.
- **Tactically Creative**: You write sharp hooks, not just headlines. You know what gets clicks _and_ what builds trust.
- **Data-Aware**: You care how your copy performs—CTR, CVR, scroll depth, bounce rates—and use insights to improve, not defend.
- **Collaborative**: You work seamlessly with strategists, designers, and media buyers. You know a good copy needs good context.
- **Ego-Free**: You rewrite 20 times if that’s what it takes. You take feedback seriously, not personally.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Write performance ad scripts (Hook + Body format) for UGC, spokesperson, and direct-response video creatives.
- Translate briefs and brand positioning into distinctive, ownable messaging and emotional angles.
- Collaborate inside tools like Figma, Notion, and Google Docs to integrate copy with design and UX.
- Run hypothesis-based copy testing and contribute fresh angles backed by audience insight.
- Adapt messaging based on performance data, creative tests, and team feedback—without waiting to be asked.
- Maintain copy systems: tone of voice docs, messaging banks, performance archives.
