**Job Description:

- **Increase awareness about the producer company in the selected village.**:

- **Farmer data collection.**:

- **Collecting data for farm profiles.**:

- **Coordination of VPFEC operations.**:

- **Procurements as per quality standards.**:

- **Post-purchase interaction with farmers and their family members.**:

- **Create purchase plans with each member.**:

- **Documentation and reporting.**:

- **Input supply management & demand collection, tracking supplies, managing delivery schedules.**:

- **Coordinate with supply chain (transport, warehouses, suppliers, maintenance teams).**:

- **Ensure daily smooth operations of VPFEC (resolving any issues).**:

- **Ensure VPFEC compliance with cleanliness, quality, operations, machinery, and documentation standards.**:

- **Prepare weekly work plans - Ensure regular visits to all VPFEC villages.**:

- **Ensure VPFEC operations as per SOP.**:

- **Distribution of shares as per standards - ensure proper record-keeping in the register.**

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
