**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage construction projects, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and timelines.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections to monitor the progress of work and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the construction team, assigning tasks, and ensuring effective teamwork.
- Resolve any construction-related issues, conflicts, or delays that may arise during the project.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, site records, and progress reports.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to address project requirements, changes, and updates.
- Monitor and manage project budgets, including tracking expenses, reviewing invoices, and controlling costs.
- Conduct regular meetings with the construction team and stakeholders to provide updates on project progress.
- Promote and enforce a safe working environment, adhering to all safety policies and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, procedures, and techniques.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a construction team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of safety regulations and ability to enforce compliance on the construction site.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with construction management software and MS Office.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
