We are hiring a Data Scientist to design, build, and maintain scalable systems and solutions.

**Requirements**:

- 2 - 4 years of experience in Data Science, preferably in B2C companies
- Must Have - Education in Computer Science or Information Technology from IIT, IISC, ISI, NIT (Trichy, Rourkela, Surathkal)
- Strong understanding of Machine Learning, Neural Networks, and Statistics
- Proficiency in SQL, R, Python, and machine learning algorithms
- Solid foundation in Linear Algebra and hypothesis/model testing
- Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests
- Excellent analytical skills for extracting accurate insights from data
- Experience in tech and product teams is a plus
- Bonus: Experience in personalization or ML problems and familiarity with Big Data tools like Apache Spark, Hadoop, or Redshift

**Responsibilities**
- Build and run models to extract insights from complex datasets
- Identify product improvement areas and new growth opportunities
- Analyze reseller behavior to provide better product recommendations
- Design discount programs and improve reseller performance
- Use data to improve supplier SLA performance
- Model seasonal trends to forecast key metrics
- Mentor junior data scientists in the team
