- Analyze complex datasets using tools such as Tableau, SAS, and SQL Scripting to generate actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and support business decision-making.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data.
- Utilize machine learning techniques to build predictive models and improve forecasting accuracy.
- Perform ROI calculations to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and other business initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Lead incentive compensation management efforts to ensure fair and accurate distribution of rewards.
- Utilize Dataiku and Alteryx for data preparation, blending, and advanced analytics.
- Support pharma research and development projects by providing data analysis and insights.
- Conduct managed market and brand analytics to support sales and marketing strategies.
- Use Python and MS Excel for data manipulation, analysis, and visualization.
- Prepare and deliver presentations using MS PowerPoint to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Ensure data quality and integrity by performing regular data validation and cleansing activities.
- Provide training and support to junior analysts and other team members.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in data analysis and asset and wealth management.
- Qualifications
- Possess a strong background in data analysis and statistical methods.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Tableau, SAS, and SQL Scripting.
- Have experience with LS Salesforce and managed market analytics.
