**About the Role**:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced **Finishing Foreman** to supervise and monitor finishing works at our Noida construction projects. The role requires expertise in civil finishing activities, ensuring work quality, adherence to timelines, and compliance with safety standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise day-to-day finishing works including **plastering, painting, tiling, flooring, false ceiling, carpentry, and other interior finishing works**.
- Check and ensure the quality of work as per drawings, specifications, and standards.
- Allocate work to skilled and unskilled laborers and monitor productivity.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and subcontractors for smooth workflow.
- Ensure finishing materials (tiles, paints, fittings, etc.) are used efficiently and minimize wastage.
- Conduct inspections to ensure finishing works meet client and consultant requirements.
- Prepare and update daily progress reports.
- Ensure all works are carried out safely and in compliance with site safety protocols.
- Report any deviations, delays, or issues to the Site Engineer/Project Manager.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Diploma / ITI / Graduate in Civil or related field.
- **5-8 years of experience** in finishing works supervision (residential/commercial/infrastructure projects).
- Strong knowledge of finishing construction activities and standards.
- Ability to read and understand drawings and specifications.
- Experience in manpower handling and finishing quality control.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
