Supervise and Direct Quality Control activities to determine product conformity to customer specification through effective inspection and test in accordance with the Project Quality Plan / Inspection Test Plan.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Check material and product in progress
- Identify non-conformities and take appropriate action to control / prevent them in different manufacturing stages.
- Conducts surveillances as applicable to verify the product follows project requirements and procedures
- Issue quality assurance certificate.
- Send finished product to showroom
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the production process
- Plan, execute and monitor quality of the furniture
- Maximise the profitability of the company by enhancing product quality
- Ensure that the product undergoes stringent quality testing before reaching the customer
- Produce timely reports and documentation to track production progress
- Prepare documentation of internal quality control audits and quality checks
- Identify training requirements to improve production quality
- Provide training to production engineers and assembly line staff to enhance the quality of product
- Read customer complaints and feedback to identify areas of improvement.
