We are seeking a skilled and dynamic **Telecaller** with expertise in speaking **Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, or Kannada** to join our team in Noida. As a Telecaller, you will play a vital role in conducting market research surveys, gathering insights, and ensuring the highest quality of data collection through telephonic interactions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct telephonic interviews and surveys with respondents in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, or Kannada as required.
- Explain survey objectives clearly and engage participants to ensure accurate data collection.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and responses in the prescribed format.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets as assigned.
- Ensure high levels of professionalism and adhere to data privacy and confidentiality protocols.
- Collaborate with the team to identify potential improvements in research methods and survey processes.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Language Proficiency**: Fluency in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, or Kannada (spoken). Proficiency in more than one language is a plus.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in **telecalling, market research**, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and record maintenance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- **Education**: Minimum 12th pass or a bachelor’s degree in any field.
- **Experience**: 0-2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or market research.
- **Location**: Must be willing to work in Noida.
