Position: GM -Finance & Accounts

Location: Greater Noida

Experience: 12+ years of experience in Preferably commerical Real estate

**Role & Responsibilities**
- Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
- Develop and present monthly MIS reports to emphasize profitability and cash flow status.
- Compile and organize data for RERA audits and submissions.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the Companies Act, taxation (GST and Income Tax), and RERA regulations,
- In-depth knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Conduct reviews of Internal Controls Over Financial Reporting (ICOFR).
- Manage internal audits in collaboration with reputable CA firms.
- Lead and mentor a team of professionals across at corporate level.
- Proficient in preparing balance sheets and Profit & Loss statements
- Oversee financial reporting and maintain Management Information Systems (MIS).
- Exceptionally hands on Various F&A softwear including ERP like SAP Oracle.
- Supervise daily accounting transactions.
- Semi-qualified Chartered Accountant preferred and has experience in handling general accounting & finance
- Manage MIS reporting and audit processes.
- Experience in filing GST returns and TDS.
- Familiarity with Tally Prime and ERP systems.
- Bringing continuous process improvement
