**Job Title**: CDP - Indian Tandoor

**Location**: Chandigarh
**Salary**: ₹28,000 - ₹30,000 per month
**Department**: Kitchen - Indian Cuisine
**Experience Required**: 4-6 years in Indian & Tandoor section

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook authentic Indian and tandoori dishes (kebabs, rotis, naans, tikkas, etc.).
- Ensure quality, taste, and presentation meet high standards.
- Manage mise-en-place and kitchen prep for the tandoor section.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
- Work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef on menu planning and specials.
- Train and guide commis and junior chefs as needed.
- Monitor stock levels for ingredients related to the tandoor section and coordinate with the store.
- Ensure timely preparation during peak hours while maintaining consistency.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or certification in culinary arts preferred.
- 4+ years of experience in Indian kitchen with a specialization in tandoor cooking.
- Expertise in operating traditional tandoor equipment.
- Strong knowledge of marination, grilling, and North Indian cuisine.
- Ability to handle kitchen pressure and multitask during busy hours.
- Team player with leadership qualities and a positive attitude.
