**Role Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform **preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance** for Rotogravure printing, slitting, bag-making machines, and air compressors.
- Diagnose mechanical breakdowns and implement quick, effective solutions.
- Plan and execute maintenance schedules to ensure machinery uptime and reliability.
- Support erection, installation, and commissioning of new machines.
- Maintain maintenance logs, service records, and spare parts inventory.
- Coordinate with production teams to minimize interruptions during maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards.
- Provide feedback for machine improvements and cost-effective maintenance practices.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering.
- 3-4 years of hands-on maintenance experience in packaging, printing, or manufacturing industries.
- Strong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and machine mechanics.
- Ability to handle emergency breakdowns with quick troubleshooting.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts and on-call for urgent requirements.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
