**Key Responsibilities**:

- Actively seek out and engage potential clients through site visits, calls, and referrals.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable real estate solutions.
- Conduct property presentations, site tours, and close sales deals effectively.
- Maintain a database of leads and follow up consistently to convert prospects.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales is **mandatory**.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of the local property market in New Town/Rajarhat is preferred.
- Must be self-motivated, target-driven, and well-groomed.
- Own two-wheeler and valid driving license will be an added advantage.

**Salary & Incentives**:

- **Salary**: ₹16,000 to 18,000 per month
- **Incentives**: Attractive performance-based incentives

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
