We are looking for a Project Administrator to coordinate project activities, including simple tasks and larger plans. You will manage schedules, arrange assignments and communicate progress to all team members.
Project Administrator responsibilities include preparing action plans, analyzing risks and opportunities and gathering necessary resources. Good communication and collaboration skills are essential.
Ultimately, you will ensure our projects meet quality standards and are completed on time and within budget.
- **Roles and Responsibilities**_
- _Supports company operations by maintaining office systems and supervising staff._
- _Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures, preparing payroll, controlling correspondence, designing filing systems, reviewing and approving supply requisitions, and assigning and monitoring clerical functions._
- _Designs and implements office policies by establishing standards and procedures, measuring results against standards, and making necessary adjustments._
- _Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports, summarizing information, and identifying trends._
- _Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions._
- _Maintains office staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees, and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results._
- _Create and update workflows._
- _Conduct risk analyses._
- _Prepare and provide documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders._
- _Retrieve necessary information (e.g. user/client requirements and relevant case studies)._
- _Track expenses and predict future costs._
- _Monitor project progress and address potential issues._
- _Coordinate quality controls to ensure deliverables meet requirements._
- _Act as the point of contact for all participants._
- Providing administration support to the Senior Management.
- Ensuring compliance with the company Code of Conduct, Departmental policies and HR Policies and Procedures always.
- Specifications (Skills & Competencies) Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Very strong technical and execution abilities.
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
