**Qualification and Experience**: Any graduate (preferable diploma or be in mechanical or automobile)

**Industry**: Commercial Vehicle / Passenger Vehicle industry

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1) Warranty Claim Management**:
Process and review warranty claims submitted by customers and service departments. Ensure all claims are complete, accurate, and submitted within the required timeframes.

**2) Documentation and Record Keeping**:
Maintain detailed records of all warranty claims, approvals, and denials. Keep track of warranty parts and services to ensure accurate reporting and auditing.

**3) Policy Compliance**:
Ensure that all warranty claims adhere to manufacturer guidelines and policies. Stay updated on changes to warranty policies and communicate these updates to relevant staff.

**4) Customer Communication**:
Communicate with customers regarding the status of their warranty claims, including approvals, denials, and necessary follow-ups. Address any questions or concerns customers may have about warranty coverage.

**5) Collaboration with Service Advisors and Technicians**:
Work closely with service advisors and technicians to gather necessary information and documentation for warranty claims. Provide guidance on warranty procedures and best practices.

**6) Training and Support**:
Train service staff on warranty policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency. Offer support and assistance in resolving complex warranty issues.

**7) Analysis and Reporting**:
Analyze warranty data to identify trends, common issues, and areas for improvement. Prepare reports for management on warranty performance, including claim rates and financial impact**.**

**8) Vendor Liaison**:
Communicate with manufacturers and suppliers regarding warranty claims and issues. Serve as the point of contact for any warranty-related inquiries or disputes.

**9) Cost Management**:
Monitor warranty expenses and work to minimize costs associated with warranty claims. Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce warranty-related expenses.

**10) Customer Satisfaction**:
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving warranty issues promptly and fairly. Follow up with customers post-resolution to ensure their concerns have been addressed.
