Raising purchase order and coordinate with suppliers for timely supplies.
- Check the indent and communicate with related department for required material and service
- Should have good experience in pharma raw material, packing material, purchases and spares.
- Price negotiation and ensure efficient acquisition of goods at fair price.
- Knowledge about physical Stocking, GRN, Invoices, Purchase orders and payment. procedures, whole procedure from export order to dispensing of batch with remaining stock.
- Purchasing of Intermediate’s Chemicals & Raw Material.
- Co - ordination with production team for shortages and accounts team for payments of vendors.
- Develop new supplier and manufacturer as per requirement.
- Suppliers and transporters proper invoice checking and submit to accounts team for booking purpose.
- Coordination with all cross functional teams like Production, QA, Accounts etc.

1. Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability

2. Knowledge of pharma products, negotiating skills

3. More than 2 years experience in any Pharmaceutical / API /Pharma manufacturing Industry

**Education: -** Any graduate or Post graduate

**Experience: -** 2 to 5 years experience in pharmaceutical or chemical
