Our design team plays a crucial role in ensuring that our products and brand are presented in the most compelling and visually engaging way possible. We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer and Artwork Adaptation Specialist to join our creative team.

**POSITION PURPOSE**

The Graphic Designer and Artwork Adaptation Specialist will be responsible for creating original designs, as well as adapting and modifying existing artwork to meet the needs of various projects. You will work closely with the marketing, product development, and production teams to ensure all designs are executed to the highest standards.

**ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Graphic Design**:

- Create visually compelling designs for various marketing and branding materials, including brochures, packaging, web banners, social media graphics, and more.
- Develop creative concepts that align with the company’s brand guidelines and messaging.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop designs that support promotional campaigns and product launches.
- **Artwork Adaptation**:

- Adapt and modify existing artwork based on project specifications or client requirements.
- Adjust and resize designs for different formats, including print, digital, packaging, and promotional items.
- Ensure that all artwork complies with brand standards and quality requirements.
- **Pre-Press and Production**:

- Prepare artwork for print, ensuring correct color settings, resolution, and file formats.
- Liaise with printing partners to ensure that final output matches the design intent.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to artwork, file formats, or production specifications.
- **Brand Consistency**:

- Maintain and uphold brand identity across all design projects.
- Ensure consistency in visual language across different platforms and mediums.

**QUALIFICATIONS, COMPETENCIES & SKILLS**

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Diploma / Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) & Corel Draw.
- Experience with artwork adaptation and file preparation for both print and digital formats.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with pre-press processes and production techniques is a plus.
