**Qualification**: M.Sc. in Operation Theatre & Anesthesia Technology + Ph.D. in relevant field

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead, manage, and oversee the academic and administrative functions of the department.
- Develop and implement curriculum as per university and regulatory norms.
- Supervise faculty recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
- Facilitate student academic support and mentorship.
- Organize workshops, seminars, clinical postings, and research activities.
- Coordinate with hospitals and healthcare institutions for student internships and placements.
- Ensure regulatory compliance with UGC, NAAC, NABH, and other academic bodies.
- Encourage faculty and student research projects and publications.
- Manage departmental budgets and resource planning.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- M.Sc. in Operation Theatre & Anesthesia from a recognized university.
- Ph.D. in a relevant discipline is **mandatory**.
- Minimum 6 years of teaching or clinical experience post-M.Sc., with at least 2 years in a leadership role preferred.
- Strong academic and research credentials with publications in reputed journals.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
