**Responsibilities**:

- Own the Rider & client NPS for Organization
- Passion to deliver a fabulous customer experience
- A nerd when it comes to solving customer issues
- Experience of dealing with difficult customers on social media
- Experience of complete lead funnel management for sales or service
- Ability to mentor a team of agents across multiple processes
- 2-8 years of experience in customer handling & team leadership roles
- Ability to work with a cross functional team and deliver on the overall agenda of retention.
- Capable to set processes to ensure quality onboarding
- Willingness to work in an early-stage start-up & make it big

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹2,500,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 10 years (preferred)
- Management: 8 years (preferred)
