**Job Requirements**

**Role and Responsibility Brief**
- We’re looking for a seasoned and innovative QA Architect to help shape and drive our quality assurance strategy across the organization. In this role, you’ll lead the development of scalable automation frameworks, set up effective testing practices, and explore how AI can enhance the way we test—from smarter test coverage to faster defect detection. You’ll work closely with engineering, product, and DevOps teams to make sure quality is built into every step of our development process, especially in today’s fast-moving, distributed environments.

**Work Experience**

**Must Have Skill**
- Experience in average **AI/ML tools** (such as test prediction models, self-healing scripts, anomaly detection algorithms, and intelligent test case generation) to optimize regression test suites, defect prediction, and test maintenance.
- Design and build scalable, modular **automation frameworks** for API, UI, backend, and data layer testing using Selenium/Cypress/Playwright, REST Assured, JUnit, TestNG, and Java.
- Work with DevOps to embed automated testing in CI/CD workflows using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps to ensure high-speed, high-quality releases.
- Good understanding of any cloud platform like AWS, GCP etc
- Architect load, stress, and **performance testing frameworks (e.g., JMeter, K6)** and integrate security testing tools (e.g., OWASP ZAP) into the QA pipeline.
- Implement synthetic test data generation, data masking, and test virtualization using tools such as TDM platforms, WireMock, or Parasoft to facilitate comprehensive test environments.
- Provide guidance to QA teams, mentor junior engineers, and evangelize best practices in quality engineering and automation architecture.
- Define KPIs and quality metrics; build dashboards to track defect leakage, automation coverage, test stability, and cycle times for executive-level reporting.
- Experience **in scripting and programming languages** (Java, SQL, Shell Script).
- Hands on experience in version management tools such as **GIT.**:

- Understanding of **schema less DB like Mongo** etc.
- In-depth knowledge of Testing concepts and Test Project management.

**Must Have Tools**
- AI/ML tools such as co-pilot, LLM
- AWS, GCP cloud
- Automation frameworks for API, UI, backend, and data layer testing using Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, REST Assured, JUnit, TestNG, and Java.
- Performance testing frameworks (e.g., JMeter, K6)
- Security testing tools (e.g., OWASP ZAP)
- Scripting and programming languages (Java, SQL, Shell Script).
- Schema less DB like Mongo
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language.
