**Full job description**
- Read technical drawings and analyze given 3D solid model
- Generating optimum tool path in **MASTER-CAM software**:

- Verification of CAM Programs with **VERICUT** software (for 3, 4 & 5 axis machine)
- Proving generated program on CNC machining center **(HMC/VMC/Turning/Turnmill etc.)**having SIEMENS / Fanuc / Heidenhain controllers.
- Configuration management of NC programs.
- Selection of the cutting tools & its cutting parameters.
- Preparation of process sheet operational drawing & work instruction for operators
- Fixture Concept designing, using 2D & 3D software like Auto CAD & SOLIDWORKS

**Experience: 8+years minimum experience out of which 3 years with Vericut software real-time exposure is preferred.**
**Location: Sriperumbudur, Kanchipuram District**
**Requirement: BE / B.Tech /Diploma - Mech / Aero / Auto**

**Experience / Software Skills**
- The applicant should have knowledge & experience of various metal cutting processes like - Turning, Milling.
- Should have knowledge of various cutting tools & holders required for above operation
- Knowledge of cutting parameters needed for Aluminum alloys, Titanium, Inconel is must.
- Hands on experience in SIEMENS, FANUC & Heidenhain Controls.
- 3D CNC programming knowledge

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
