**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, take messages, and provide information as required.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Provide administrative support to various departments, such as filing, photocopying, and document preparation.
- Assist with data entry and update records as necessary.
- Ensure that all office supplies are stocked and maintained.
- Monitor the front desk, ensuring a safe and secure environment.
- Assist with visitor registration, guest badges, and any access requirements.
- Manage and coordinate office events and company-wide announcements (if applicable).
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
**Required Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with office equipment (phones, fax machines, printers, etc.).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and handle a variety of tasks at once.
- Positive attitude with excellent customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience in a corporate or fast-paced office environment.
- Knowledge of scheduling software and office management systems.
- Fluency in additional languages (if relevant).
**Working Conditions**:
- Full-time position,
