**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic **Customer Support Executive Intern** to join our team. You will act as the first point of contact for our customers, helping to resolve queries, manage communications, and ensure customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Resolve product/service-related issues with clarity and professionalism
- Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback
- Assist with order processing and updates
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales/logistics) for query resolution
- Gather customer feedback to improve service delivery
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers

**Who Can Apply**:

- Pursuing or completed graduation in any field (preferably BBA, B.Com, BA)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Basic understanding of MS Office and CRM systems
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Freshers are welcome
