**Responsibilities**:
Content Strategy:
Develop and implement a cohesive content strategy that aligns with the overall user experience goals.

Collaborate with product managers and designers to understand user needs and project objectives.

Microcopy Creation:
Write and edit microcopy for user interfaces, ensuring clarity, consistency, and adherence to brand voice and tone.

Craft user-centric copy for buttons, tooltips, error messages, and other interactive elements.

User Research:
Conduct user research to understand user behaviors, pain points, and preferences.

Use research findings to inform content decisions and enhance the overall user experience.

Interface Collaboration:
Work closely with designers to integrate content seamlessly into the user interface.

Collaborate with developers to ensure the accurate implementation of written content.

Usability Testing:
Participate in usability testing sessions to gather insights on how users interact with written content.

Iterate and refine content based on user feedback and testing outcomes.

Style Guides and Documentation:
Develop and maintain content style guides and documentation.

Ensure consistency in language and messaging across all products and platforms.

Accessibility:
Advocate for inclusive and accessible language, considering diverse user needs.

Collaborate with accessibility experts to ensure content meets industry standards.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communication, UX Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a UX Writer, Content Strategist, or similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing examples of UX writing for digital products.
- Understanding of UX design principles and the ability to collaborate effectively with designers and developers.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality, user-friendly content.
- Familiarity with industry-standard design tools and methodologies.
