**JOB SUMMARY**:
As a CRP, you’ll identify and develop franchisees, work closely with school management for tie-ups, preschool owners, and investors. Your goal is to build successful, profitable service in all aspect’s.

**ROLES & RESPONSIBILTY**:

- Lead presentations and meetings with potential leads.
- Evaluate franchise owners for fit and suitability.
- Research and explore new franchise opportunities.
- Develop strong relationships with franchise partners and schools.
- Connect with potential franchisees through events, ads, and networking.
- Drive franchise sales and school sign-ups to meet targets.
- Provide training and demos to new franchisees following brand guidelines.
- Support franchisees continuously and resolve issues quickly.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+years (Proven experience in franchise development, sales, or business development, preferably in the educational sector. Demonstrated success in identifying and closing new business opportunities.)

**SKILLS**:
1.Strong understanding of the educational industry and it's dynamics.
2. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
3. Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
4. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance
Contract length: 36 months

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
