**Job Description: KTM Probiking Advisor (PBA)**

**Role Overview**:
The KTM Probiking Advisor (PBA) is the face of the KTM brand at the dealership. This role involves delivering exceptional customer experiences, showcasing the performance and features of KTM motorcycles, and ensuring customers make informed purchasing decisions. The PBA is also responsible for maintaining long-term relationships with customers to promote loyalty and enhance brand presence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Interaction & Sales**:

- Greet customers and provide them with detailed information about KTM motorcycles.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable models.
- Conduct product demonstrations and test rides.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Maintain and update customer databases.
- Follow up with potential leads to convert them into sales.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through personalized services.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Stay updated on the latest KTM models, specifications, and technical features.
- Communicate product advantages effectively to customers.
- **Showroom Operations Support**:

- Assist in maintaining the visual appeal of the showroom.
- Participate in promotional activities, events, and rides organized by the dealership.
- Collaborate with the service and finance teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- **Market Intelligence**:

- Gather feedback from customers regarding product preferences and competition.
- Share insights with the dealership team for improving overall sales strategies.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automobile industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for motorcycles and an understanding of the biking culture.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
