We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Video Editor and Animator to join our dynamic team. As a Video Editor and Animator, you will be responsible for creating visually engaging and captivating content through the use of video editing and animation techniques. Your expertise will contribute to the overall visual storytelling of our brand, projects, and campaigns.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize, storyboard, and execute compelling video content that aligns with the brand's messaging and goals.
- Edit raw video footage, adding visual effects, transitions, graphics, and animations to enhance the final product's quality and impact.
- Create animations, motion graphics, and visual effects using tools such as After Effects, Figma, and various 3D software.
- Manage the entire post-production process, including color correction, audio editing, and finalizing projects for delivery across various platforms and formats.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies, implementing innovative techniques to continually improve the quality and creativity of video content.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent visual style and brand identity across all video and animation projects.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative discussions to contribute fresh ideas and perspectives.
- Maintain organized project files, ensuring efficient workflow and easy access to assets for future edits or reference.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Animation, Design, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a Video Editor and Animator, showcasing a strong portfolio of previous work.
- Proficiency in video editing software, especially Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
- Familiarity with design and prototyping tools such as Figma.
- Strong understanding of animation principles, motion design, and visual storytelling.
- Experience with 3D software (such as Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya) for creating 3D animations and effects is a plus.
- Creative thinking and the ability to translate concepts and ideas into compelling visual content.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics, composition, and timing.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with team members.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
